[Voiceglue] Audio file format validation

As we know, VoiceGlue doesn't support all wav formats that media players
can play.

Our users may load files into the system that VoiceGlue cannot play.

We have to validate these files and write code (in java) which get the
WAV file and return whether VoiceGlue can play it.

Does someone have such code?
