[Voiceglue] Cannot chdir to "/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/voiceglue/url

Hi,

When I start the dynlog I am the following error.

16:48:29:828 CRIT SNDCACHE cbusai.j Cannot chdir to
"/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/voiceglue/url": Permission denied at
/usr/bin/voiceglue line 3310

The permissions in the /var/lib/asterisk are as below. 

drwx-w---- 14 asterisk  asterisk 4096 Dec 10 14:31 asterisk

My question is what is the userid or effective userid when voiceglue is
running /usr/bin/voiceglue ?

Is there a problem here or r/w perms on the asterisk that should be
changed?
