[Voiceglue] VoiceGlue 0.8 with Asterisk 1.4.22 stability status???

As per email from the VoiceGlue archives it seems VoiceGlue 0.8 has
problems running on Asterisk 1.4.22

Has this been fixed since the above post. If so is a newer patch release
available.  
Should I still be struggling to get this to work on 1.4.22 ??

I have a few other questions related to the product if you could please
respond.

What is the current approximate size of the user base of VoiceGlue ?

Has any load testing being done on this product ? 

How many calls per second or simultaneous call can it handle?

Beyond the proof of concept , if it works I am looking at the stability
of the product for commercial deployment in large networks.
