[Voiceglue] DTMF digits not being sent to voiceglue

According to the log you supply, the call hangs up a few seconds
after the prompts start playing:

Prompts start getting played by Asterisk:

Asterisk reports the call hungup:

Don't see any DTMFs reported by Asterisk.
