Well as long as you are following this useful guide -

should be quite straight forward. To pass a VXML file that you have
stored in a database why not when calling your VXML reference file make
it a PHP file so that it can do all your database queries and echo out
the VXML, so as far as VoiceGlue is concerned it is using a VXML file.
Also you can see in the user guide a mention of Cepstral Swift TTS which
you can use to get things rolling. If you are still struggling to get
VoiceGlue to work remember to stop and start the services in the right
order and check they are running in the process list.
Start - Asterisk, dynlog, phoneglue then voiceglue
Stop - Asterisk, voiceglue, phoneglue and dynlog

I am pramod.I have some queries regarding asterisk integration with
voicexml.How do i know that voiceglue is integrated or not.What command
i need to type in asterisk CLI.How do my vxml connect to perl script
file.How do i need to get data from database to perl and from perl to
vxml which can be listen by voice from a sip phone.Help me urgently.
