[Voiceglue] Asterisk on Remote host

If you cannot modify the Asterisk server's configuration files, there
is no hope of getting voiceglue to work.
If you overcome this obstacle, then it is possible to run the voiceglue
VXML interpreter on a separate host from the asterisk instance.
If there is enough interest, I will try to put some documentation
on this in the wiki.
