[Voiceglue] solution for fetching wav file

Thanks for you help,
Unfortunately it is not helping me (even increasing that delay a lot).
My knowledge of perl is very limited, what is this delay exactly doing?
Is it inserting time between the request of a wav file to the cache
and the moment it save it into cache?
If so, I guess It would even increase my problem, since I think what it
is happening is that I am requesting a file to the cache which is not
already recorded to cache, or at least it is in the moment in between.
