[Voiceglue] More on UTF-8

Actually with the installation I did of festival-freebsoft-utils I did, 
Festival is not working anymore ...
the files I was using 
are:http://www.freebsoft.org/pub/projects/festival-freebsoft-utils/festival-freebsoft-utils-0.10.tar.gz
