[Voiceglue] More on UTF-8

Hi Emiliano,
I am afraid it is not a problem you Perl script.
My Festival seems to break when I install the freebsoft package. Which 
version of festival are you using?
mine is festival: *Festival Speech Synthesis System: 1.95:beta July 2004 
*and for *festival freesoftb-utils it is: 0.10*

I will be checking if this freesoft utils have any further requirement I 
didn't realize yet.
Thanks for your help I will keep you updated with my progress.
