[Voiceglue] Fetch timeouts

Hello,

When trying to upload a voice recording to a web server via vxml
(using post), I am receiving the following error:

EROR OPEN_VXI ast1---- callid=[33]
|-1211069552|33|SEVERE|swi:SBinet|236|SBinet: Fetch timeout exceeded
during Open|Timeout=7000

I have 2 questions:

1) I'm not sure why it's taking more than 7 seconds to upload the
file. When I upload it manually (using 'time curl') I get a response
of about 3 seconds. Is there something in voiceglue's processing that
would add an additional 4+ seconds?

2) How can I increase this timeout value? I see that in the
"unsupported" section of the website it shows:

"Changing timeout properties of audio file fetch (fetchtimeout, maxage, etc.)"

This sounds like what I want to do. If I cannot do it within the vxml
file, can I change it directly in the code? I have already tried
editing some values in /usr/bin/voiceglue with no effect. These values were:

"rec_timeout", line 2221
"fetchtimeout", line 4061, 4062, 4063

Nothing else seems to be set to 7s or 7000ms.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Brendan
