[Voiceglue] unable to handle hangup event, showing critical error in dynlogs

Hi,
We are facing the problem. when we hang up call, sometimes below error is occurred, it is not firing the hang up or error event,  how to catch this CRITICAL error in application.  Any help would be appreciated. 

below log is  from dynlog:///
