[Voiceglue] OpenVXI dynlog errors

Something definitely didn't work right.
However, what it was should have appeared
in the logs above this.

It's possible that the thing that didn't
work right ended up being unused by the
call due to call behavior (hangup, didn't
get to that prompt, etc)
