Lines 19 and 20 appear to be important. Telling Asterisk to wait for input and this coming back with a -1?
 
Is there a catch within the VoiceXML that might capture these critical events? I'm really looking to make a call to a script to clean up as the disconnect occurs.
 
Once again if we can help by providing further logs / testing changes please let us know.
 
P.S. I'm guessing there's no bugs database as yet?
