[Voiceglue] Crash allocating memory

Looks like something asked for an insane amount of memory.
 
This was testing 40 simultaneous calls to a local asterisk machine via SIP. Of 1000 calls we got through about 600 before it died.
 
I have the full strace with other threads if you like, but at 267MB I'll try to skip all bar the last couple of seconds as you may wish.
