[Voiceglue] Some wave files end up not working after being cached?

I'm using the VXML <audio src="..."> tag to play wave files during a 
voiceglue call.  It has typically worked fine, but I've recently come 
across some wave files that seemingly cause problems after being cached.

I've made a sample of such a "faulty" wave file available at:

If I use this in a VXML <audio> tag, it always works fine the first time 
(before it's cached in /usr/share/asterisk/sounds/voiceglue/url/...).  
However, almost every time after that, the audio simply fails to play.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
