[Voiceglue] Some wave files end up not working after being cached?

Ok, I bumped dynlog_level up to 7, and made two calls... The first was
with a brand new test2.wav (simply copied over from test.wav to bypass
any caching that happened during my test last week), and the log is
available at:
http://www.zitnay.com/stuff/good.txt
The second was with the same test2.wav (now cached), and the log is
available at:
http://www.zitnay.com/stuff/bad.txt
I don't see anything obvious (aside from the fact that the timestamps
between call started and call ended are much closer in bad.txt, due to
the fact that the audio didn't actually play), but hopefully you will :).
