[Voiceglue] Asterisk 1.6 HANGUP not handled

During our debugging of Voiceglue and associated components the
following has been frequently observed running under Asterisk 1.6:
 
Phoneglue will send a command (usually PLAYFILE). A few seconds later a
result=-1 (AGI_RESULT_FAILURE) is returned.
The next command is then sent (usually a GETDIGIT). Immediately we see
an unparsable response "HANGUP511 Command Not Permitted on a dead
channel".
 
Can I check that this is being patched for the next Voiceglue release?
Also, in the event of this channel now being determined as dead that we
clean up any file handles etc.
