[Voiceglue] Is using AGI in the h extension necessary...

You might need to run some scripts to maybe clear up a call, to say log
to a database, normally you might consider using DeadAGI to make this
call. With Asterisk 1.6 DeadAGI doesn't exist but my question is, if we
are in a call inside our VXML and the call gets cut off, does the fact
that VoiceGlue apparently ignores a SIG from Asterisk to close the
script negate the need to do anything in the h extension like call AGI?
