[Voiceglue] Asterisk 1.6 HANGUP not handled

It does, indeed, appear that 1.6 has a different hangup behavior w.r.t.
call hangup than 1.4.

To answer your question, yes, we intend to get this fixed in the
next release.  (Unless Asterisk fixes it first, but I'm not
holding my breath).
