Voiceglue uses FastAGI, and Asterisk sends no signal for Voiceglue
to catch.
I'm thinking that, given Asterisk flakiness in this area, that
perhaps it would be better for Voiceglue to always handle any
kind of Asterisk error as a hangup. The disadvantage is that
you won't detect real Asterisk errors in Voiceglue, but the
advantage is that you can do proper end-of-call handling.
