[Voiceglue] Voiceglue hang - debugging so far

Hi,

Current theory is that Scom is not catching a closed file descriptor
which is then re-allocated.

Having put debugging into Scom the hang appears to be happening less
frequently. There may be a clue there...

How's your debugging coming along, Doug?
