Hello,
Another update ... I have seen the following message appear more than
once in the logs, and what happens is that the Asterisk does a force
hang up but the VXML document that is supposed to catch the hangup event
doesn't fire ...
16:14:40:803 EROR OPEN_VXI elektra- callid=[132]
|-1253049456|132|CRITICAL|com.vocalocity.vxi|420|VXIinterpreterRun: The
VXIrecInterface::Recognize function appears broken. Contact the provider
of the VXIrecInterface.|message=function did not return the expected
VXIrecSUCCESS
result|URL=http://felix/RB-1.71/util_VoiceServer/CallGenerator.vxml.php
Any ideas on this one?
Thanks,
Chris

Just a quick update, I believe I have recreated one of the errors which
might lead to explain the rest as well, however I'm not sure its exact
cause.
So unfortunately on the original logging I didn't have debug set very
high, now however I get a bit more on one of those errors -
14:14:31:793 NOTI OPEN_VXI elektra- callid=[52]

Now I'm wondering if this is related to grammars as in the dynlog I can
see a grammar of 'type speech' however I only use DTMF and in fact set
in my root document <property name="inputmodes" value="dtmf"/>, although
I've become aware that this won't switch the ability to detect speech
off. I'm trying to work out if this is a VoiceGlue bug or it is the way
I have some of my menus set up in VXML.
Thanks,
Chris
