[Voiceglue] Caching prompt files

Hi Guri,
We're in the last stages of making a new release (0.10) of voiceglue that
contains a completely rewritten and significantly better caching mechanism.
  Doug is updating the wiki today and will include some information on the
cache.  We expect to put 0.10 out tomorrow or the day after.
