[Voiceglue] Mandriva support, audio_fetch_timeout

I haven't tested this feature much (ever?) and from looking at the code
it appears that if the VXML interpreter specifies a fetch timeout, then
voiceglue will obey it.  Now if the VXML interpreter always sends a timeout
value, then voiceglue's audio_fetch_timeout default will never get used.
Perhaps that's what's happening.  If you need to change it, try changing
it using VXML and see if that works.
