[Voiceglue] Voiceglue 0.11 on remote host from Asterisk

After much fiddling around and examination we finally have VoiceGlue
working on a remote box! WOOT!

Seems to be working quite well but because of the way we're using
Asterisk and VoiceGlue (multiple Asterisk Virtual Machine's), it seems
we must have a VoiceGlue VM for each Asterisk VM otherwise there could
be issues with cached sound files, etc.

We're working that out.

Here's what we did:

Mounted the Asterisk box's sound directory via NFS on the VoiceGlue box
@ /var/lib/asterisk/sounds because VoiceGlue needs to share those files
with Asterisk.

On the VoiceGlue box in the /etc/init.d/phoneglue script we added the
following to the phoneglue args "-mgrhost 192.168.4.26". 192.168.4.26
is our Asterisk box and this allowed PhoneGlue to connect to Asterisk
Manager.

I think that's all we did. Took us a while to figure it out however. :-)
