[Voiceglue] Transfer error when comming from outside

This means that Asterisk disconnected the asterisk manager
from voiceglue.  This should never happen under normal
circumstances.  You may want to try increasing the voiceglue
log level as described in
http://voiceglue.org/wiki/doku.php?id=voiceglue_0.11_user_guide#extra_logging
to see if you get more information.
