We use Nuance with Voiceglue.
Just create the necessary wrapper as described at
http://voiceglue.org/wiki/doku.php?id=voiceglue_0.11_user_guide#alternat
e_tts
Just take one of the Nuance sample files and tweak it very slightly...

Yes, it's possible, but nobody has done it yet.

Voiceglue by default uses flite for TTS, but it's easy to use Cepstral
instead, or, presumably, any other package.

I'm sure it's possible, but I'm not aware of anyone who has done it.
