[Voiceglue] Catching disconnects

I must be mis-understanding you - how is my catch block not in the root
document? It's a direct child of <vxml>.

I take it then that code within a catch block should indeed be able to
"see" variables from the application or document context together with
their /current/ values rather than initialised values?

Thanks for the excellent test case.  I'll take a look when I get a
chance.

If you want a workaround for now, I've had success with variables and
catch block placed in the root document.
