UniMRCP is GPL, and has a decent amount of how to on client integration,
and outstanding support though it is on google forums, as opposed to IRC
or mailing list. It allows PocketSphinx, and commercial products to tie
in with out a problem. It works pretty good all in all, and has a decent
amount of information on getting it initially configured and is pretty
good with its logs as well.
