I've been trying to load test with 1,000 calls placed between two
Asterisk boxes with no more than 50 calls simultaneously.
I appear to have hung voiceglue, which is currently pegging 100% of both
my CPU cores.

On the one hand it seem VXI is reporting the problems, on the other hand
Voiceglue is the process to have hung.
Incidently I'm seeing handfuls of connection timeouts when trying to
initiate 10 or more simultaneous instances of Voiceglue with an outbound
dial attempt. Asterisk dials, waits up to 2s before giving up on the AGI
call to VG. This results in an AGI failure code being returned.
