[Voiceglue] Hung process

Over the last several months we have improved scalability and
reliability of voiceglue considerably.  It is running successfully
in commercial high-call-volume applications.  Unfortunately, these
fixes and changes have not yet made it into an official release.
We hope to get 0.12 out soon with these improvements.

In the meantime, many have had success with this pre-release:
