[Voiceglue] problem in voiceglue startup

CCXML is a completely different specification from VXML the
specifications do not specify interoperability, and voiceglue
does not provide CCXML.

However, I have used systems that pass information between the
two, and this shouldn't be hard to do with voiceglue given a
CCXML implementation.
