[Voiceglue] Signals requested, but VAMD not available

VAMD is a tone and answering machine detector we've been developing;
it's not planned for inclusion in a Voiceglue release at this point
but there are a few hooks we've added to Voiceglue to allow access to
media streams. It shouldn't be causing log messages like this in the
public Voiceglue branch, we'll look into why that's happening and plan
to clean it up prior to the final 0.12 release. In the meantime those
messages are harmless and can be ignored.
