[Voiceglue] voiceglue problem

This tells asterisk to send calls to extension "1"
to voiceglue

> When i call sip:3556 at serverip. it is throwing error as follows

This is a call to extension "3556", which asterisk is not
configured to handle.

The voiceglue documentation assumes some facility with asterisk.
