[Voiceglue] Is Javascript supported?

VXML is a tricky beast.

Javascript has been supported from the beginning, and has been
one of the most stable parts of voiceglue due to the fact that
it's using the Mozilla engine (if you don't count the compilation
issues).

It really wouldn't be possible to have a VXML implementation
without javascript given how fundamental it is to the spec.
