[Voiceglue] Voiceglue 0.11 installation on RH EL5

The current (not-yet-released) version of voiceglue builds and runs on recent
CentOS and RHEL systems.  It did require some changes to the build process
to make it work.  I don't have time right at the moment to get a tested
and documented release out, but I could put it out as a beta.  Or, if you
could provide me with a full build log, I might be able to determine how
to patch 0.11.
