Check the list archives - I've been doing performance testing of sorts myself.

Keep in mind you can place voiceglue/phoneglue/satc on one server, and asterisk on another - it does make a difference when you start rising above 100 concurrent calls.

Also get yourself a good understanding of VoiceXML implementation models - reduce your web access (form submits) down to a minimum where possible.

I didn't realize phoneglue was implemented in perl script.  is performance going to be a concern? I am wondering how many simultaneously calls can voiceglue take care of as this might be a bottleneck?
