[Voiceglue] Record Format - ulaw

Using the VoiceXML record tag, my sound files are returned as a
datestamp.ulaw format.  I am trying to return these files as a wav or mp3
format.  I have also tried specifying audio/wav and audio/x-wav in the type
attribute but the voice files cannot be opened by media player:

Has anyone been successful at having recorded audio files returned in wav or
mp3 formats?  Can you control the file name and extension also?
