[Voiceglue] voiceglue dependency not resolve on centos-5.4

Hi, 
    I tried voiceglue_0.12alpha1 on centos-5.4 :-

When i run 'doc/install-voiceglue'
It shows 
Installing on centos 5.4
Checking voiceglue package prerequisites...
Cannot install voiceglue until the following prerequisite packages are installed: xerces-c-devel, perl-Module-Build, perl-URI-Escape-XS, perl-Test-Base at /usr/src/voiceglue_0.12alpha1/doc/install-voiceglue line 203.



but i dont find any rpm for these dependencies , how can i do it?
