[Voiceglue] Quick & simple improvement

Change
join (", ", @prereqs_missing))
to
join (" ", @prereqs_missing))
 
apt-get (possibly rpm too..?) accepts the resulting string of
dependencies without further modification. Just something I end up
changing on each installation...
